Quantix Acquires Mid-States Packaging

Quantix acquired full-service dry bulk transportation, warehousing and export services company Mid-States Packaging, representing the company’s ninth acquisition since it was acquired by Wind Point in 2019.

Mid-States has 11 locations spanning Texas, the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic, and reinforces Quantix’s geographic presence and builds upon its trucking transportation operations.

The move is part of the company’s acquisition strategy to add companies that provide dry and liquid bulk transportation, warehousing, export and logistics services to producers and distributors of chemicals nationwide.

Most recently, Quantix acquired G&W Tank and the assets of five fleet companies.
