Delmar, Clifton Park, N.Y., is collaboration with Wal-Mart to develop a custom training enhancement program for the company's more than 1,300 trucking technicians.
Custom tailored from Delmar's truck training content, the program will digitally assess the fleet's technicians before offering bilingual training programs to enhance their skills, which are available as instructor-led or online training courses.
The series includes content, engaging graphics, animations and section review questions to periodically assess the development of individual learning. The training program will include:
• Online pre-assessment to track the strengths and learning needs of
each individual technician
• Online and instructor-led training courses, offered in both Spanish and English, to address technicians' learning needs and develop their strengths
• Online post-assessment course to track learning and measure improvement
