The Papé Group, Eugene, Ore., has purchased the assets of Roberts Motor Company, a dealer of heavy- and medium-duty Kenworth trucks.
The dealerships in the acquisition are located in Portland, Eugene, Medford and Redmond, Ore.
The Papé Group is a holding company for capital equipment dealerships in seven Western states, selling and serving equipment used in construction, forestry, trucking, warehousing/materials handling and private aviation.
"Papé was founded in Eugene and this acquisition allows [us] to further strengthen the Papé presence in markets where we already serve the capital equipment needs of customers," said Randy Papé, president and CEO.
Last summer, The Papé Group bought Central California Kenworth, including its locations in Stockton, Fresno, Bakersfield, Paso Robles and Madera.
