In her new role, Yaw will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing programs and initiatives for the company’s Baldwin and Hastings brands.
Yaw joined Baldwin Filters in 1993, and has served as financial analyst, sales and marketing analyst, and brand manager with both Baldwin and Clarcor.
She is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in economics; she also holds a master of arts degree in economics from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
