Wheaton World Wide Moving, the Indianapolis-based moving company, has posted its strongest period of sustained profitability over the last two years, with revenues jumping by 25% in both 2003 and 2004.

While overall growth in the industry has leveled off in the new millennium, Wheaton has proved immune to current trends and fluctuations in the market. Indeed, as the 2005 peak moving season came to a close, the carrier’s numbers had never looked better.
“We’ve been able to consistently out-perform a highly competitive industry
the last several years,” said Wheaton Chairman Stephen F. Burns, “and
that’s something we’re obviously very proud of. The success we’ve enjoyed
has been due to many factors, but the big one is our commitment to bringing
the right people onboard.”
