Werner Enterprises Inc., Omaha, Neb., said its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.025 (2.5 cents) per common share payable to stockholders of record on April 19, 2004.
This dividend will be paid on May 4, 2004.
Werner Enterprises is currently in its 18th year of paying quarterly cash dividends on its common stock to its stockholders. The company paid the first quarterly cash dividend in July 1987.
Werner Enterprises is a full-service transportation company providing truckload and logistics services throughout the 48 states, portions of Canada and Mexico.
Werner is one of the nation's largest truckload carriers with a fleet of 8,350 trucks and 22,800 trailers as of December 31, 2003.
