USA Truck Inc., transportation and logistics provider, has named James L. Cade as vice president of maintenance.
Cade most recently served as vice president of field maintenance for National Express Corp., where he directed the maintenance program for its fleet of 22,000 school and transit buses. Earlier in his career, Cade served as director of fleet maintenance for ServiceMaster, with responsibility for more than 15,000 units; as executive vice president of maintenance and purchasing for Arrow Trucking; and as vice president of maintenance for Ryder System, with responsibility for 180,000 trucks.
Cade has been a member of the Technology and Maintenance Council since 1986 and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance.
