Trucking Industry Events Cancelled, Postponed Due to COVID-19 Outbreak
This listing shows the latest news on trucking industry events or trade shows that have either been cancelled or postponed in the ongoing effort to contain the COVID-19 virus.

With gatherings of more than 10 people forbidden in many places, most trucking conferences or trade shows have cancelled or postponed their 2020 events.

As the COVID-19 virus continues to cripple the United States, gatherings of people in groups larger than 10 have largely been outlawed – a move that, obviously, makes it difficult to hold any kind of trucking-related conference or trade show.
Here is a list of all the trucking industry-related events that, as of March 24, have either been postponed or cancelled in the ongoing effort to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
The ACT Expo, scheduled for May 11-14 in Long Beach, California, has been postponed to summer 2020.
The Electric Utility Fleet Managers Conference, scheduled for May 31 to June 3 in Williamsburg, Virginia, has been canceled.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Truck Safety Summit that had been planned for March 19 in Washington, D.C., has been postponed; no new dates have yet been announced.
The Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX), scheduled for May 18-21 in Anaheim, California, has been postponed until fall.
Heavy Duty Trucking Exchange, scheduled for May 6-8 in Scottsdale, Arizona, has been postponed until November 16-18. Additional details can be found here.
The Mid-America Trucking Show, scheduled for March 26-28 in Louisville, Kentucky, has been canceled.
The NAFA Fleet Management Association announced that its 2020 Institute & Expo has been rescheduled for Sept. 18-20 in Indianapolis.
The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association has canceled its 2020 Annual Conference scheduled for April 14-18 in Amelia Island, Florida.
Canada’s Truck World show in Toronto, Ontario, has been moved to June 4-6. See here for more details.
Women in Trucking’s 2020 Salute to Women Behind the Wheel, originally scheduled to take place during the Mid-America Trucking Show, has been rescheduled to take place at the Great American Trucking Show (GATS) in Dallas on Aug. 28.
Michelin's Movin’ On team has decided to cancel the World Summit on Sustainable Mobility, which was due to be held in Montreal on June 3-5.
