“As the COVID-19 pandemic has shown, maximizing asset uptime is a critical component to keeping the supply chain moving,” said Renaldo Adler, industry principal, asset maintenance for Trimble Transportation.
New features include:
TMT Service Center Credit Card Processing, which allows third party credit card processing through integrations with a payment processor partner to allow service centers to expand their payment options and identify new business opportunities.
TMT Service Center Dashboards for Advanced Reporting provides comprehensive Business Intelligence reporting services for fleets and service centers, including data focused on the needs of service centers to clarify profitability and actionable improvement plans.
TMT Fleet Maintenance’s KeepTruckin Integration delivers vehicle data such as inspection reports, location, meters and fault codes, directly into a customer’s backend maintenance platform.
The company also announced improvements for TMW.Suite, TruckMate and Innovative IES users, including features designed to improve efficiency and streamline operations for carriers, brokers, and 3PLs.
“These new integrations and upgrades help bring the connected supply chain together more than ever, streamlining operations and creating efficiencies for carriers and their customers,” said Jay Delaney, senior director of product management, Trimble Transportation.
Enhancements that span multiple Trimble TMS solutions include the integration to KeepTruckin's mobile communications tool to enable communication with drivers and real-time monitoring of hours and status.
The TruckMate platform now includes project44 integration, providing TruckMate broker and 3PL customers with quicker access to rate quotes and easier management of load tenders and acceptance. The company’s Container IQ now enables TruckMate intermodal carriers to track containers in port, while TruckMate customers also benefit from the inclusion of WorkOptima to manage all critical documents, workflows and processes.
The Innovative IES platform was also upgraded to include a new dashboard that allows end-users to customize the screens and add important data content to their screen by dragging and dropping it into the format that works best for them.
TMW.Suite users include can now access the Fuel Dispatch subscription bundles to improve planning and dispatch operations, streamline in-ground inventory management and replenishment of products and track fuel deliveries to ensure they are made on time and in the right quantity.
