Former Qualcomm and Xata executive Tom Flies has joined the company as chief operating officer.
Flies has worked in marketing, business and product development for the past 20 years. In his new role, Flies will be responsible for the strategic vision for Cadec’s enterprise-class technology solutions, including marketing, product management and product development.
Prior to joining Cadec, Flies held roles as senior director, product management anb Business development for Qualcomm, where he was responsible for driving strategic partnerships, penetrating new markets, and overseeing product management for the Omnitracs division. Qualcomm sold its Omnitracs division earlier this year.
