Swift Transportation Co. Inc. has been awarded the prestigious 2005 Outstanding Van Carrier of the Year by Lowe's Companies.
The criteria evaluated to determine this coveted honor included reliable service, available capacity, scope of participation in Lowe's overall business, use of technology, competitive pricing and attention to details.
"Lowe's is pleased to recognize Swift Transportation as our 2005 Truckload Van Carrier of the Year," said Kevin Perry, director of truckload, rail, and intermodal transportation. "Swift Transportation has consistently met our performance expectations, and their commitment to supporting Lowe's has allowed us to better serve our customers with in-stock merchandise."
