Randy Perry, fleet safety manager with Frito-Lay Corp., has been elected to the Trucker Buddy Board of Directors.

Randy Perry, fleet safety manager with Frito-Lay Corp., has been elected to the Trucker Buddy Board of Directors.

Perry has been employed by Frito-Lay for 32 years, serving in a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in sales, operations and safety. Currently, he has responsibility for the East Division of Frito-Lay’s fleet safety activities.

A graduate of West Georgia College, Perry is a certified instructor for Defensive Driving for Professional Truck Drivers, Smith System, and a Continuous Improvement Master Trainer, and he serves on the faculty for Private Fleet Management Institute.

Other board positions includes the National Private Truck Council and is the Chairman of its Safety Committee.
