Pilot Logistics Services provides drilling and exploration support through single source fueling and lubricant services. Thomas Petrolum delivers fuels, lubricants and gas treating chemicals, oil field services and frac-fueling for its clients.
Management from both organizations will be used to develop the leadership of the new company.
Pilot Thomas Logistics will combine operations and work closely with key stakeholders, customers, supplier partners and team members to complete the integration. Cliff Thomas, founder of Thomas Petroleum believes the merger will enhance customer service and create a good environment for employees.
“The combined businesses will enhance our ability to consistently exceed our customers’ and will help make us the premier organization which the best of the best want to be on our team,” said Thomas.
