Pilot Flying J is opening two new stores to better serve professional drivers: a Pilot Travel Center in Oakwood, Ill., and a Flying J Travel Plaza in Vandalia, Ohio.
Pilot Flying J is opening two new stores to better serve professional drivers: a Pilot Travel Center in Oakwood, Ill., and a Flying J Travel Plaza in Vandalia, Ohio.
The Pilot Travel Center in Oakwood, Ill., is located off Interstate 74 at exit 206 at 503 N. Oakwood St. and offers many amenities, including:
Seven diesel lanes and 10 gasoline lanes with high-speed pumps for quicker refueling;
PJ Fresh Marketplace serving hot, hearty meals; breakfast platters; crisp salads; flavorful sandwiches; a frozen yogurt bar; pizza; hot dogs; and more.
Cinnabon;
Coffee and cappuccino selections; and
Everyday products for quick shopping needs.
The new Oakwood facility is Pilot Flying J's 38th in Illinois. The travel center is adding 80 local jobs and is expected to contribute more than $3.4 million annually in state and local tax revenue.
The Flying J Travel Plaza in Vandalia, Ohio, is located off Interstate 75 at exit 64 at 175 Northwoods Blvd. and offers many amenities, including:
Eight diesel lanes and 12 gasoline lanes with high-speed pumps for quicker refueling;
Subway and Cinnabon;
Expanded food offerings to include pizza, soup, salads, sandwiches and hot dogs;
Coffee and cappuccino selections; and
Everyday products for quick shopping needs.
The new Vandalia facility is Pilot Flying J's 34th in Ohio. The travel plaza is adding 60 local jobs and is expected to contribute more than $4.3 million annually in state and local tax revenue.
