OrderPro Logistics Inc., Tucson, Ariz., has hired William McGee as regional supervisor for Southwest business development.
"With the lawsuit filed in Arizona against the former CEO Richard Windorski, it's important that we continue to rebuild the reputation and corporate image of the company with quality and committed management," said CEO Jeffrey Smuda in the McGee announcement.
The suit Smuda refers to was filed Aug. 6 in the Superior Court of Pima County, Ariz., alleging Windorski had engaged in stock scams and that "tens of millions" of shares may have been improperly issued.
On Sept. 23, Windorski and another stockholder countersued to oust Smuda and force a shareholder meeting.
