A new natural gas fueling station that Trillium CNG designed and built went into service recently at the GreenTeam of San Jose, Calif., facility.

GreenTeam expects to more than double its fleet of CNG trucks over the next 12 months.

GreenTeam, one of San Jose's refuse and recycling collectors, is currently using the station to fuel the company's 18 new trash hauling trucks that run on compressed natural gas. GreenTeam expects to more than double its fleet of CNG trucks over the next 12 months.

GreenTeam collaborated with Trillium CNG to use a phased approach to designing and building its station. One compressor was installed to fuel their current CNG vehicles, with expansion room for a second compressor as GreenTeam fully converts its fleet.
