New Penn Motor Express, Lebanon, Pa., is offering a new Guaranteed AM Delivery service.

Shipments must be delivered at or before noon per New Penn's published transit times, or there is no charge. The service also includes Instant Delivery Confirmation. Through the use of advanced information technology, including on-board computers in the trucks, customers receive an e-mail or fax message within moments of shipment delivery.
The service is available between thousands of communities in the Northeastern United States and Quebec, Canada, that are served directly by the company.
Customers can track the progress of their New Penn Guaranteed shipments using the real-time shipment tracking feature at www.newpenn.com.
Customers pay their regular New Penn charges plus a Guaranteed AM Delivery fee of 35 percent of the net linehaul charges, with a minimum fee of $90.
Should New Penn not deliver a Guaranteed shipment as agreed to, New Penn simply sends an invoice for zero dollars. There is no need to file a claim for refunds.
