Any increases in fees appear to be modest and this is the first change in the fee structure in over 20 years, the group said.
The main impacts are an increase in the minimum overdimensional fee from $26 to $35 and an increase in the cost per ton mile from 3 cents per mile to 4 cents per mile.
The new fee schedule is available from Pennsylvania’s Automated Permit Routing/Analysis System website.
