Millis Transfer Develops New Trainer Pay Package
Renewing its commitment to providing the industry’s premier training program, Millis Transfer has unveiled a new trainer pay package.
Renewing its commitment to providing the industry’s premier training program, Millis Transfer has unveiled a new trainer pay package.
Millis trainers will now be paid by the mile per student on top of their normal mileage pay. Their first student will earn trainers 7 cents per mile. The second student will allow them to be paid 8 cpm. With a third student, additional pay raises to 9 cpm. A forth student and above will add 10 cents per mile to a trainers mileage pay. This added pay purely a bonus, with no hidden deductions. Top Millis trainers can now earn 52 cpm.
Millis Transfer, located in Black River Falls, Wis., has grown from 20 tractors in 1982 to more than 630 today. Millis Transfer’s training facilities are located in Richfield, Wis.; Hamilton, Ohio; and Cartersville, Ga.
