Milan Express, New Century Expand Partnership
Milan Express Company and New Century Transportation have formed an alliance to provide Milan's customers in the Midwest and Southeast LTL services to and from the Northeast
Milan Express Company and New Century Transportation have formed an alliance to provide Milan's customers in the Midwest and Southeast LTL services to and from the Northeast.
While Milan has been delivering shipments from the Northeast for New Century since 2008, the new partnership would be reciprocal.
"New Century's load-to-deliver service model, coupled with the top rated services of Milan Express provides our customers with a convenient, high-quality service option for their Northeast shipments," said Tommy Ross, founder and chairman of Milan Express.
"In addition to adding a new Northeast delivery area to Milan's well established footprint in the Southeast and Midwest, New Century will also provide our unique menu of hybrid LTL and expedited services to their shippers," said Harry Muhlschlegel, founder and chairman of New Century.
Milan Express, which is based in Milan, Tenn., specializes in less-than-truckload, truckload, logistics, and warehousing, consolidation and distribution services.
New Century Transportation, located out of Westampton, N.J., provides "Load-to-Deliver" LTL, regional and national truckload and temperature controlled services.
