Meritor Expands OnTrac Customer Service Hours
Meritor’ OnTrac Customer Service Center is now open seven days a week with expanded hours Monday through Friday.

Meritor’ OnTrac Customer Service Center is now open seven days a week with expanded hours Monday through Friday, the company announced. The new hours are aimed at improving support of North American fleets and dealers that have technical or warranty questions.
OnTrac’s new hours are 7:30 a.m. to midnight during the work week. On Saturday, the Customer Service Center will be available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. All hours of operation are in Eastern Standard Time.
“OnTrac’s technicians can now support customers and dealers across all time zones in the U.S. and Canada more quickly and efficiently,” said Charles Allen, general manager of North American service at Meritor. “Our goal is to keep fleets operating by answering questions and providing support on Meritor and Meritor WABCO-branded products.”
