Melton Truck Lines has just announced a new pay package for its drivers.
The base pay package offers new drivers 32¢ per mile when they come to Melton with less than three years of experience, 33¢ with 3-5 years of experience, and 34¢ with at least five years of experience.
This base pay can climb to 39 cpm as drivers demonstrate loyalty to Melton.
In addition to the base pay, all drivers will also receive 1¢ per mile bonus each quarter that they meet safe, professional driving criteria.
Melton Truck Lines Inc. is an air-ride flatbed carrier serving the United States, Canada and Mexico. The Melton terminal locations include Tulsa, Okla.; Laredo, Texas; and El Paso, Texas. Melton’s corporate offices are located in Tulsa.
