He retains the title of executive vice president, having previously served as chief financial officer and treasurer.
"Eric's well-deserved promotion to chief operating officer places the company's day-to-day operations under smart, solid management,” said President, Chief Executive Officer and Director Paul Will. “We believe Eric's vision, leadership and financial acumen will serve the Company well as we continue our long term strategic goal of becoming the premier solution provider in the transportation and logistics industry."
The company also announced promotions in the finance and accounting departments. All take effect immediately.
