Workflow solutions provider Vector has partnered with McLeod Software, allowing customers access to Vector’s mobile application together with McLeod’s LoadMaster and DocumentPower applications to streamline document collection and accelerate billing/maintenance operations.
“The speed at which we collect our paperwork has a significant impact on our maintenance and billing operations. We had a unique approach we wanted to take not just with our delivery documents but our DVIR workflow as well,” said Michael Blomeke, IT director for Bohren Logistics.
Customers using both Vector’s mobile workflow application and McLeod’s DocumentPower application are able to easily interface to streamline the collection process and accelerate time to invoice, according to the companies. Documents captured within Vector’s mobile workflow are automatically indexed and checked into DocumentPower, while related order details from LoadMaster can also be integrated into Vector to help drivers and back office staff eliminate certain manual tasks.
“We’ve enjoyed seeing our mutual customers leverage our integrations in new ways to achieve the most unique workflow challenges,” said Brian Belcher, COO for Vector.
“Our goal is to facilitate the flow of data to and from our software to compatible market solutions our customers want,” added Robert Brothers, VP of product development for McLeod Software.
