J. B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. announced the company has been recognized by Lowe's Companies Inc., one of the world's largest home improvement retailers, with the prestigious 2005 Intermodal Provider of the Year award.

This is the third consecutive year for J.B. Hunt to receive this honor.

Lowe's presents the Intermodal Provider of the Year award to a single transportation provider that has a proven history of outstanding service, consistent year-round capacity, competitive pricing, ease of doing business and the ability to present unique solutions that provide value to the Lowe's organization.
