Logistic Dynamics Offers Freight Tracking With MacroPoint
Transportation management company Logistic Dynamics, Inc., has partnered with asset tracking provider MacroPoint to offer freight tracking for shippers, brokers, third-party logistics companies and carriers.

Transportation management company Logistic Dynamics, Inc., has partnered with asset tracking provider MacroPoint to offer freight tracking for shippers, brokers, third-party logistics companies and carriers.
MacroPoint will be enabled across Logistic Dynamics’ entire network of more than 55,000 motor carriers. The integration will provide shippers with real-time location tracking, delivery monitoring and event notifications.
MacroPoint’s load tracking software provides arrival and departure notification and out-of-route monitoring by tracking the location of a driver’s mobile phone or existing in-cab ELD or GPS devices.
“By enabling Macropoint with LDi Freight, our shippers, business partners and carriers have the ability to capture tracking data, update maps and access load histories in a single portal with seamless functionality on any device, including desktop, laptop and tablet computers and smartphones,” said Evan Gaskill, vice president of operations at Logistic Dynamics.
Logistic Dynamics is a logistics provider that specializes in transportation management and freight broker related services. It provides full truckload, less-than-truckload, rail, air and ocean services to customers throughout North America.
