KLLM Transport Offers Safety, Performance Bonuses
KLLM Transport Services, Jackson, Miss., is delighted to recognize their company drivers who have achieved the first ever Quarterly Performance and Safety bonus
KLLM Transport Services, Jackson, Miss., is delighted to recognize their company drivers who have achieved the first ever Quarterly Performance and Safety bonus.
The incentive program was implemented in May of this year. To receive the bonus, a driver must complete 30,000 miles and remain accident-free over a three-month period.
“It’s one way we can show our drivers how much we appreciate what they mean to this company. To reward them with an additional benefit, we’re simply saying, great job – keep it up!” says Mark Wyman, director of recruiting. He said every driver is eligible for the bonus. “In fact, we have a number of drivers who have been with our company less than four months who’ve already met the requirements and will be receiving a future bonus.”
Additionally, 450 company drivers are on target to receive an upcoming bonus, most with less than two years with the firm.
