JDC Logistics, a regional dry van truckload carrier headquartered in Franklin, Wis., has announced an across-the-board increase for all of its more than 700 company drivers.
"We are happy to announce a complete compensation package that will put our drivers pay in the top third of the truckload industry" said Michael Page, director of recruiting for JDC. "From a new hire, down to our 15-plus year veteran drivers, everybody receives a base rate increase," said Page.
Along with the ability to earn $45,000 to $56,000 annually, drivers can also participate in a safety/performance bonus.
In addition, Page said, "We have turned our fleet trucks up to 65 mph in an effort to allow our drivers to better contend with traffic flows."
JDC Logistics is an ISO certified carrier and operates out of the Midwest.
