"I look forward to working with our dedicated employees, great customers and partner community to deliver innovative safety solutions, enhanced data services and impactful fleet-management technology to our clients around the world," Muse said.
Muse joins the company from his prior role as chief operating officer of P2 Energ Solutions, which provides software to the upstream oil and gas industry. He has also served as a partner for IBM Global Business Services and led the global energy practice for SAIC's business consulting division. Earlier, he held executive positions with Honeywell and Aspen Technology.
Muse has also served as an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University, where he taught classes in industrial distribution.
