MTU will continue to be led by current president Greg Bonnell and operate out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Hudson Insurance Group is the U.S. Insurance Division of Connecticut-based OdysseyRe, a worldwide underwriter of property and casualty reinsurance and specialty insurance, while OdysseyRe is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd., based in Canada.
