FourKites Load Tracking Integrates with McLeod's PowerBroker

The load tracking platform FourKites has been integrated with McLeod Software’s PowerBroker, adding tracking capabilities for users of the brokerage management software.
The platform tracks truck locations every 15 minutes and recalculates the estimated time of arrival using real-time location data. It also automates arrivals and departures using geo-fencing technologies.
Integration allows McLeod’s customers to access all of this information and reduces the need for check calls to drivers and dispatchers, potentially saving time and money.
“The inclusion of FourKites’ load tracking application as part of PowerBroker’s Brokerage Tracking module helps strengthen the choices our brokerage customers have in their need to implement a tracking solution,“ said Robert Brothers, manager of product development at McLeod Software. “The partnership between McLeod Software and FourKites will ensure a quality end-to-end solution for our mutual customers.”
FourKites is now integrated with more than 40 ELD and GPS providers in the trucking industry. FourKites also recently launched an app-less tracking technology that uses cell triangulation to pinpoint location and works on most cell phones. App-less tracking costs $1 per load for hourly updates.
"We're very pleased with this integration that enables McLeod's brokerage customers to access our most comprehensive, most affordable tracking service," said Mathew Elenjickal, FourKites CEO. "We look forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship."
