Deadline Extended for Fleet Entries in HDT's Greenest Fleets

Heavy Duty Trucking has extended its deadline for fleets to complete a survey about their "green" activities in order to be considered for inclusion in our November issue on Top Green Fleets.

HDT's editors are looking for fleets that have made a commitment to sustainability, alternative fuels and greenhouse gas emissions, whether that's through buying or leasing alternative-fueled vehicles, being a leader in mpg through fuel-efficient specs and driver training, or being a top EPA SmartWay partner.

Interested fleets are asked to fill out a short 11-question online survey, with basic information about their fleet, alternative fuel use and SmartWay participation.

The top green fleets will be featured in the November issue of HDT and on Truckinginfo.com. All sizes of fleets are encouraged to enter.

The survey must be filled out by this Friday, Oct. 11. It can be accessed here:
