The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance has issued the 2000 edition of the North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria.
Items listed in the OOS Criteria are those checked by a roadside inspector to determine whether the driver or vehicle being inspected should be placed out-of-service.
Changes reflected in the 2000 OOS criteria are technical and editorial. The 46-page document is available to CVSA members free of charge as a member service and available to on-members for $27 (includes shipping). To order a copy, fax your written request to 301-564-0588 or e-mail AnnaC@cvsa.org
