Timothy Downs, who has been driving for CRST Malone for 21 years, was recently recognized for two million miles of safe driving.

“I started with Malone after I had six months’ OTR experience and have been here ever since,” Downs said.
Downs has received many awards while at Malone. Not only is he a two-million mile accident-free driver, he has also collected many safety awards while he has been with the company. He said that in addition to contractor support, CRST Malone partners do not have to compete with company trucks for freight. The fleet is 100% owner-operator.
CRST Malone contractors are averaging $1.77 per loaded mile – plus 100% fuel surcharge, which is running at .30 cpm today. CRST Malone contractors enjoy twice-weekly settlements and non-forced dispatch.
