Drivers will be paid on practical route miles, and can enjoy home time on a weekly basis.
"Hiring drivers who wish to be home weekly will help position our company to grow. We feel it is very important to provide drivers with numerous lifestyle choices. The creation of our new fleet allows us to provide a driver excellent home time and still allow them to run good miles and earn a good paycheck," says Craig Wingle, Director of Recruiting at Shaffer Trucking.
