HDT erroneously reported on an industry merger and has issued a clarification on that news item.
HDT erroneously reported Daseke-owned flatbed carrier The Schilli Companies had been acquired from Daseke Inc. by TFI International. That story was factually incorrect. In a case of mistaken identity, HDT confused The Schilli Companies with another organization named Schilli Corp., a tanker company, which has been acquired by TFI. We apologize for the error and any confusion it may have caused.
