Celadon Group has released open beta testing to all users for its newly updated customer load-tracking platform CelaTrac.

Celadon Group has released open beta testing to all users for its newly updated customer load-tracking platform CelaTrac.
CelaTrac is an online platform for Celadon customers to track shipments in real time from origin to destination. In addition to load tracking, users can retrieve proof-of-delivery and bill-of-lading images, as well as access to their load history.
Enhancements to CelaTrac include: mobile optimization, the ability to track load locations on a map in real time, a more robust method of filtering, and visualizing loads based on their status.
“As Celadon gets ‘Back to the Basics,’ we continue to invest in the company,” said Jon Russell, Celadon president and chief operating officer. “With a refreshed, modern design and additional functionality, the new CelaTrac platform furthers our efforts to focus on being one of the premier trucking and logistics companies in North America.”
Customers currently using the platform can opt in to the upgraded CelaTrac beta through their existing account. Any customers not currently using the platform should contact their Celadon customer service representative to register.
In addition to this CelaTrac upgrade, Celadon also unveiled a redesigned corporate web site to better align its digital identity with the modern, technological focus of the company. The updated site features an improved mobile experience for users with a fully responsive design. It also leverages Google’s Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) Project format to deliver mobile pages that are “consistently fast, beautiful and high-performing across devices,” according to information on ampproject.org.
