Starting last week, the 2020 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree began its 2,000-mile journey to the U.S. Capitol Building just in time for the holiday season.
Towed along the way by a Kenworth T680 adorned with winter-themed exterior graphics, the trip began in Henderson, Colorado. Apex Transportation is behind the wheel this year, taking up the mission after the November 5th tree-harvesting ceremony in the Uncompahgre National Forest. The trip will include a series of outdoor community celebrations, mostly within Colorado.
