Bridgestone has announced that it will increase national account, national fleet, and national fleet preferred account prices by up to 10% on all Bridgestone and Firestone truck and bus radial tires, Bandag retreads, and tire related services in the U.S. and Canada effective Nov. 9.
In a release, the company attributed the price increases to higher business costs and other market dynamics.
All Bridgestone and Firestone truck and bus tires and Bandag retreads shipped on or after Nov. 9, 2018 will reflect this increase. Members of the Bridgestone Commercial sales team are contacting customers to provide more detailed information about the changes.
In September, Bridgestone increased the price of its Dayton branded truck and bus radial tire prices, citing the same reasons.
