Barr-Nunn Transportation Inc., a Granger, Iowa-based provider of transportation and logistics services, is extending Fuel Protection Guarantee for its owner-operator fleet.
The current program guarantees $1.04 cents per gallon fuel through the end of 2005. The new program will guarantee $1.14 cpg fuel for the first six months in 2006.
The "$1.14 per gallon Guarantee" is made up of discounts, fuel surcharge and additional fuel protection rebates that, in combination, will insure fuel cost per gallon does not exceed 1.14 per gallon. The program is available to all Barr-Nunn owner-operators and participants in the company’s Zero Down Tractor Purchase Program.
