Atlas Adds 10 Locations to its Agency Network

Atlas Van Lines is adding two new agencies and five current agencies are expanding their footprints.
Atlas now welcomes Modesto Transfer and Storage and Slater Transfer & Storage to its network. Based in Modesto, Calif., Modesto Transfer and Storage services California’s Central Valley area. Slater Transfer and Storage, based in St. George, Utah, operates two branches in the Utah and Nevada regions, which increases coverage to the Las Vegas area and also allows Atlas to enter into Southwest Utah.
Atlas’ footprint enters new markets as well through expanding agencies and their new branch openings. Expanding agents and their new markets include:
• Guardian Relocation Systems – Memphis, Tenn., and the Mid-South region;
• Atlantic Relocation Systems – the Seattle and Tacoma, Wash., markets, and Colorado Springs, Colo.;
• Nelson Westerberg of VA – Petersburg, Va.;
• Daniel’s Moving & Storage Inc. – Long Beach, Calif., and Omaha, Neb.; and
• Corporate Moving Specialists LLC – Gray, Tenn.
In addition to continuing to strengthen its agency network and through its most recent agency acquisitions, Atlas has also added 25 owner operators to its Atlas agency fleet.
