Amerit Fleet Solutions Acquires Vector Fleet Management

Amerit Fleet Solutions has announced the acquisition of Vector Fleet Management.

Amerit is a provider of dedicated, custom-built fleet maintenance, repair, and management services for commercial fleets.

Vector is a provider of fleet maintenance and parts management services. The company specializes in state and local government and heavy industrial fleets.

According to Amerit, the acquisition of Vector furthers its ability to customer service with dedicated field technicians across all 50 states.

Serving a Broader Range of Fleet Customers

Amerit Fleet Solutions said the acquisition expands its portfolio of service offerings with this strategic acquisition.

According to Amerit, Vector Fleet Management has long been recognized for its excellence in providing services tailored to the complex fleet operations of government clients and heavy industrial settings. 

This will complement Amerit’s existing portfolio by offering offers expertise in fleet asset management, onsite parts management programs, and the maintenance of emergency response vehicles and heavy industrial assets.

Vector Fleet Management will continue to serve these specialized segments under its own brand name.

The company will be led by Aubrey Felton, EVP of Vector Government. Felton is an eight-year veteran of the company.
