Milt Hill Award winners achieve the company's most challenging standards in the categories of hauling excellence, quality performance and warehouse/facility operations. The awards will be presented on Nov. 19 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.
Customer feedback plays a key role in many of the criteria in the Milt Hill Quality program, and agents must receive Atlas' Hauling Excellence and World Class Commitment awards in order to be eligible for the Milt Hill Award.
