Forty-six Atlas agencies will receive the 2003 Milton M. Hill Quality Award at the company's upcoming national convention.
Milt Hill Award winners achieve the company's most challenging standards in the categories of hauling excellence, quality performance and warehouse/facility operations. The awards will be presented on Nov. 19 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.
Customer feedback plays a key role in many of the criteria in the Milt Hill Quality program, and agents must receive Atlas' Hauling Excellence and World Class Commitment awards in order to be eligible for the Milt Hill Award. The World Class Commitment Award is based on criteria that includes estimating accuracy, customer satisfaction and claims experience.
