The Boss has introduced several new products designed for removing snow

, including the Power-V XT Plow Wings, the TGS 800 Tailgate Sand Spreader and the Power-V XT Snowplow.

The Power-V XT Plow Wings increase the width of a snowplow blade by a full 22 inches at a 30 percent angle. They attach and detach easily, and fit The Boss Power-V XT 8-foot-2-inch and 9-foot-2 inch Steel and Poly snowplow models.

The new Tailgate Sand Spreader from The Boss Snowplow can be used to spread both sand and rock salt or other ice-melting materials. Features include 800-pound capacity, low-profile poly hopper, solid poly hopper cover, variable speed control with blast feature and overload protection and enclosed 12-volt DC electric high-torque motors. It also comes equipped with adjustable poly material deflector, top screen with bag splitter, 12-foot poly spinner and swing-away spinner assembly. It can be attached using the RT3 Quick Hitch Attachment System or a Slide-in Mount.

"Our new TGS 800 Tailgate Sand Spreader provides operators with the versatility to adapt to any snow or ice situation while delivering the proven, time-saving features that have set the standard for ease-of-use and reliability in our industry," said Rick Robitaille, Snowplow marketing manager.

The Boss has also created the new Power-V XT Snowplow, which features a poly surface that lets snow easily slide off the blade. It is a multiposition snowplow with a 37-inch flared blade wing. Other features include half-inch by six-inch cutting edges, synchronized blade movement, SmartHitch 2 Attachment System, SmartTouch 2 Handheld Control, SmartLight 2 Package and enclosed hydraulic package.
