SelecTrucks Extends Fuel Card and Special Financing Options
SelecTrucks is extending its fuel card and special financing promotions through March 31
SelecTrucks is extending its fuel card and special financing promotions through March 31.
The promotions are designed to offer customers a variety of purchasing and financing options to help maintain or grow their businesses despite the lagging economy.
The company is offering a fuel card valued at $2,000 for the purchase of mid-roof 2003 and 2004 Freightliner Columbia trucks powered by the Mercedes-Benz 4000 engine. The combined benefits of the vehicle aerodynamics and the engines make the trucks ideal for reducing fuel costs by increasing efficiency, says the company.
Special financing offers customers two options. For the first option, SelecTrucks customers can take advantage of a limited-time interest rate of 4.75 percent, with no down payment required for customers with a good credit rating.
A second option is a down-payment matching plan designed to reduce the customer's cash outlay and monthly payments. SelecTrucks will match 50 percent of a down payment up to $3,500. Both finance options also allow customers to defer their first loan payment for up to 90 days.
Qualifying trucks for both financing options include 2003 and 2004 Freightliner Columbia and Century Class S/T trucks with a wide range of specifications.
"We're committed to offering our customers support during the current credit crunch," said Drew Backeberg, manager of marketing and customer support at Daimler Trucks Remarketing Corporation. "We're extending these promotions into 2009 in the hopes that we'll meet the needs of more customers dealing with the demands of this market."
