Recruiting.com has launched a new software system to help recruiters find qualified hires.
"The recruiting industry is changing," said Jeff Seely, CEO of Recruiting.com. "We saw the last year as an opportunity, a time to innovate, a time to listen and a time to reinvent our core software to address issues recruiters face today. We developed technology that lets companies identify the right candidates faster, at a lower cost and we made it very simple to use."
The new technology features a powerful search engine to identify prospective employees from internal and external sources as well as tools to help organize and store applicants. Through a web interface that requires no training, the software connects to existing applicant tracking systems.
In addition to the search engine, the software comes equipped with a talent bank, where companies can store applicants in one place.
"We took a hard look at the recruiting industry before we designed our software," Seely said. "We talked to human resource directors, heads of recruiting, and front-line recruiters. What we heard was a lot of frustration."
"They told us they spend too much time sifting through the wrong prospects, too much time trying to sync up software that doesn't easily integrate, and struggle to use overly complicated ATS systems," he added. "We built a product that will make it easier for recruiters while saving their company money."
Recruiting.com, headquartered in Seattle, Wash., offers prospect relationship management software and software-as-a-service recruiting.
