PCS Software, developer of integrated transportation management software products, has released its Log Scanning Software system to the trucking industry at large.
Previously only available to those companies using PCS Dispatching and Accounting software to manage their operations, this software has now been released as a standalone application.
Log Scanning software, when used with compatible drivers daily logs, reads the data necessary for performing an audit to check for speeding and hours of service violations. It reads Driver ID, miles, data and grid, checks for the driver signature, and checks for pre-trip and post-trip checks.
Once all your logs are scanned you are ready to move on, it takes just one click to run the audit. PCS Log Scanning includes a complete reporting system with a wide variety of reports, customizable driver warning letters and export capabilities.
PCS Log Scanning uses advanced ICR technology developed in-house, and reads logs in less than one second per log. No manual presorting is needed.
