Freightliner Trucks announced the availability of Dometic under bunk refrigerators as a new option for the Cascadia.
The Dometic under bunk refrigerator includes a convenient slide-out drawer for easy driver access and can serve as a refrigerator or freezer (based on thermostat setting). The under bunk design also saves shelf space for additional storage options.
Designed with rugged steel exteriors with durable protective coating and high-impact polystyrene, the refrigerator is easy to clean and maintain. The dependable DC-powered Danfoss 12/24 volt compressor provides consistent and reliable performance.
Additional features of the Dometic refrigerator include a large condenser system that protects against failures from compressor overheating; and automatic low-voltage and high-pressure cutouts for extra protection.
The refrigerators are now available to order in all Cascadia sleeper cabs.
