ATRO Engineered Systems, a urethane suspension components manufacturer for heavy-duty trucks, has created a new corporate web site for online ordering of products

The improved site, ATRO says, has added features to make things easier for the customer. Through the site, customers can now search for parts by type, ATRO part number or a competitor's part number. A new function also allows distribution managers to compare prices between other OEM parts and ATRO's polyurethane parts. Customers can also view company history, new product announcements, and local sales or discounts.

"At Brighton Spring, we are constantly looking for new ways to cut costs and improve efficiencies," said Ed Hartmann, general manager at Brighton Spring. "ATRO's new web site is significantly improved and now lets us order all of our parts online, which helps us save time and reduce overall costs."

"In just four months since its launch, 20 percent of our orders are being generated through the web site, proof that our customers are looking to engage with us in new and different ways," said Mark Sturmon, ATRO engineered systems president.
