Aljex introduced Image Link, a document management enhancement to speed and simplify the billing process for all Aljex users.


Image Link enables Aljex customers to automatically email or fax invoices and Proof of Delivery (PODs). POD often refers to all the support documents that accompany invoices. The link eliminates having to copy, collate and stuff invoices and PODs into envelope. It also eliminates the cost of postage for each load billed.

Image Link combines the document images needed to support an invoice into a single file. Document images can include proof-of-delivery signatures, bills of lading, load manifests, weight tickets or other document scanned and saved in any major image format, including JPG, TIFF, PNG and PDF. Image Link converts invoices and multiple image formats into a single PDF file while correctly scaling them to the page so they display and print consistently.

Aljex is hosted and includes outbound fax as part of its standard software hosting so faxed billing is sent with no expense to the client.

Image Link is available to customers at no additional charge and can be used immediately.
